2024 Safety Town

Safety Town is a five-day summer educational program that instructs children on crossing the street safely, school bus safety, the use of 911, stranger danger, the work of police officers and firefighters, bicycle safety, good touch/bad touch, online safety, water safety and more.  The serious subject of safety is combined with crafts, activities, songs and lots of fun and there is no fee to participate.

Registration forms for Fairlawn Safety Town are now available and will be accepted from April 1st, until May 31st, unless maximum capacity is reached prior to this date.  Please note that no registration forms will be accepted after May 31st.

Please complete both pages of the registration form, as well as the GASP permission form, also available on this page, and return by email to wentza@fairlawn.us.  Completed forms may also be mailed to/dropped off at the Fairlawn Police Department, 3487 S. Smith Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333.  Upon receipt of your child’s form, we will send a confirmation email informing you which session your child has been assigned to.  You may indicate your session preference on the registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests however, session preferences are not guaranteed.
