The Finance Director is the fiscal officer of the City.

He is responsible for the collection, disbursement, and custody of all funds. He must establish and maintain those financial records and procedures necessary to perform his duties.

The Finance Director must perform all other duties performed by City treasurers and City auditors under the general laws of the State of Ohio.
